Astonished Room Designs is a luxury room decorating service serving Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding areas. We transform hotels, Airbnbs, and homes into unforgettable experiences for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, romantic surprises, and other special occasions.

Please submit your booking form only when you are prepared to pay the required 50% non-refundable deposit. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date. Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received.

After submitting your inquiry, you’ll receive a text or email within 1–2 business days with your invoice and payment instructions.

How do I book?

How much is required to secure my date?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

For last-minute bookings made within 7 days of your requested date, full payment is required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Klarna
  • ACH
Cash is not accepted.
What’s included with my booking?

Do you book the hotel or Airbnb for me?
No. Clients are responsible for booking and paying for their own hotel or Airbnb.

Astonished Room Designs does not book hotels or Airbnbs on behalf of clients.
Is there an additional fee for Airbnb or home bookings?
Yes. Airbnb and home bookings require an additional $50 fee.

Clients must also provide self check-in or keyless entry.
How long does setup take?
Please allow approximately 2–4 hours for setup, depending on the package you select.

Clients are asked not to be present during setup.
Do I need to clean the room afterward?

Clients are responsible for next-day cleanup of all decorations. Please be advised that hotels and Airbnb hosts may charge additional cleaning fees if the room is not properly cleaned after your stay.

For your convenience, Astonished Room Designs offers Next-Day Cleaning for an additional $75. If you would like to add this service to your booking, please let us know in advance. Service is subject to availability.

Is there a travel or valet fee?

A travel and/or valet fee may be added to your total. Travel fees start at $25 and may increase depending on the location and distance of your hotel, Airbnb, or home.

Any required hotel parking or valet fees will also be added to your total.

Travel, parking, and valet fees are not included in the package price.

Are deposits refundable?
No. Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule at least 7 days before your event, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future booking.

Cancellations made within 7 days of your event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can children be in the room during setup?

For safety reasons, children should remain outside of the room during the decorating process. Please be aware that some décor items used in our setups may contain small parts or other materials that could present a potential safety or choking hazard to young children.

Once the setup is complete, children should be supervised at all times and should not handle, play with, or remove any decorations.

Astonished Room Designs is not responsible for injuries resulting from children handling or playing with décor items.
